Riddle: A lady sat in her hotel room when there is a knock at the door. She opened the door to see a man whom she had never seen before. He said, "Oh I'm sorry, I have made a mistake, I thought this was my room." Then, he left. The woman went back into her room and phoned security. What made the woman so suspicious of the man?

Riddle: A man in uniform stands on a beach of a tropical island. He takes out a cigarette, lights it, and begins to smoke. He takes out the letter and begins reading it. The cigarette burns down between his fingers, but he doesn't throw it away. He cries, but not out of physical pain. Why? HINT: DISEASE
Answer: He is a guard/attendant in a leper colony. The letter to him informs the person that he has contracted the disease. The key to figure it out was the cigarette that burned down beteen his fingers. Leprosy can kill off sensory nerves without destroying motor abilities..
