Riddle: You are on an island in the middle of a lake. The lake is in a remote part of the country and there has never been a bridge connecting the island to the mainland. Every day a tractor and wagon gives hay rides around the island. Puzzled as to how the tractor had gotten onto the island, you ask around and find out that the tractor was not transported to the island by boat or by air. Nor was it built on the island. Explain how the tractor got there?
Answer: It was driven over in winter, when the lake was frozen.
Riddle: You are home alone and sleeping when your friends ring the doorbell. They have come for breakfast. You have cornflakes, bread, jam, a carton of milk, and a bottle of juice. What do you open first?
Answer: Your eyes.
Riddle: White bird, featherless, flyin' out o' paradise, flyin' over sea and land, dyin' in my hand. What is it?
Answer: A snowflake!
Riddle: A duck arrives near a lake. He sees a sign where it is written "No swimming allowed.", but the duck jumps into the water. Why?
Answer: Because ducks can't read.
Riddle: What do comedians eat for breakfast?
Answer: Corny flakes.
Riddle: How did Frosty know he had dandruff?
Answer: Because of the Snow-Flakes.
