Riddle: On the way to bed, Joey turned off all the lights. When he woke he was arrested for murder. What happened?
Answer: He was at the lighthouse left it to sleep and turned off the light there and boats crashed
Riddle: A detective investigates a murder at a jail, the imate is hanging from a ceiling fan 2 feet off the ground in a totally empty cell other than the ceiling fan and a puddle of water on the floor of the cell and water on the inmates feet. After seeing this the detective rules it as a suicide, despite there being nothing in the cell for the inmate to stand on, why is this?
Answer: The inmate stood on a block of ice and waited for it to melt.
Riddle: A husband and a wife go to a private vacation on an island and decide to go bungee jumping. At the scene the husband killed his wife, then went home. A few days later, the police called and said, " Your wife is dead." He went to his vacation spot and he was arrested. The husband left no evidence, no one was there to tell the police, there were no security cameras, there was nothing. How did the police know to arrest him?
Answer: The police never told him the address, so, when he got there, he was arrested.
Riddle: You walk into an old horror house. It has no power or plumbing. Once inside, you see three doors. Each door has a number on it. Behind each door is a way for you to die. Behind door number one, you die by getting eaten by a lion. Behind door number two, you die by getting murdered. Behind door number three, you die by electric chair. You can’t turn back, so you have to go through a door. Which door do you go through?
Answer: Door number three—the house has no power, which means it doesn’t have electricity. Therefore, the electric chair won’t work.
Riddle: A PE teacher was found dead in the sports hall. He was supposed to be teaching year 5 ( grade 4 in America ). The investigators were called onto the crime scene immediately and said he was purposely killed by a harmful substance. The other teachers in the block were the suspects. The question the investigator asked was what they were doing on the day. The suspects: Chemistry teacher: I was marking work, Drama Techer: I was teaching year 5 , Headteacher: I have only just come in the job. I am a new headteacher and the other one just retired, Headteacher: I was cleaning the office. Your only clue is that there are TWO criminals. Who are the murderers?
Answer: It was the drama teacher and the 2nd headteacher on the list! The drama teacher couldn’t have been teaching year 5 as the PE teacher was! The headteacher couldn’t have been cleaning the office as he has retired! You can be glad to know they are now in prison serving for there horrifying deeds. Thank you for trying the riddle! Riddle: The police captured a murder and was put on death row, the police offered him 3 options to choose the way he wanted to die. The first option is by firing squad, the second is the electric chair and the third are lions who have not been fed in a year. Which option did he choose?
Answer: He would choose the lions because the lions would die if they have not been fed in a year
Riddle: The police enter a house with a dead man on the floor. Next to him is a gun and a tape recorder. Nine out of ten officers think it was a suicide. The last officer picks up the tape recorder and presses play. All of the officers now think it was a homicide (murder). What made them think that it was a homicide?
Answer: How would the victim press stop on the recorder if he was dead?

Riddle: A man was murdered in room 145 at the Misdu Hotel. Room 145 was a drought. There were three suspects. The maid, the butler, and the cook. The maid said she was dusting corners. The butler said he was taking a shower. The cook said he was making lunch. The police immediately arrested one person. Who was it and how did the police know?
Answer: The butler did it because the room is a drought. Without water you can’t take a shower.
Riddle: Mr. Wilson was found unconscious in his bedroom on a Saturday evening. There were just five other people in his house at the time of the murder: Mr. Wilson's wife, their chef, a butler, a housemaid, and a gardener. They all told the detective what they were doing that evening. Mrs. Wilson: I was reading a book in the living room. The chef: I was cooking breakfast. The butler: I was giving instructions to several workers in the living room. The housemaid: I was in the kitchen, washing the dishes. The gardener: I was in the greenhouse, watering plants. The detective arrested the culprit right away. Who was it, and how did the detective know?
Answer: In fact, there wasn't just one culprit–there were TWO culprits: the personal chef and the butler. The personal chef is the first culprit; the murder happened in the EVENING. He couldn't be cooking breakfast so late in the day. The butler is the second culprit; there were only 5 other people in the house, including himself, and almost none of them were in the living room, except for the wife (but she is not a WORKER). He couldn't be supervising so many workers.
