Answer: The Smuggler used two sack of sand as a distraction. So that the officer wouldn't notice that he was smuggle the bicycles.

Answer: "Naughts and Crosses" - Reasoning: Naughts and crosses is a game played on a 3 by 3 square. It involves making a "line" across the square. The words "across" and "around" hint as to the nature of the game pieces, and the word "contest" hints that this is a game.
Riddle: There are 32 white horses each atop a red hill. Whenever someone tells them to stop, they all stay still. What are the white horses I am referring to?
