Riddle: A man is trapped in a room. The room has only two possible exits: two doors. Through the first door there is a room constructed from magnifying glass. The blazing hot sun instantly fries anything or anyone that enters. Through the second door there is a fire-breathing dragon. How does the man escape?
Answer: He waits until night time for the sun to go away, then goes through the first door.
Riddle: One knight, a king, and a king went on a boat ride. After a few hours, the boat sinks and three heads pop out! Who is the third person?
Answer: The Knight. (Remember to say this riddle OUT LOUD!)
Riddle: Steve woke up after a good night's sleep. He wanted to make a big breakfast for himself. He has a dozen eggs in a carton. He breaks two eggs, fries two, and eats two. How many eggs are there in the carton afterward?
Answer: Afterwards, there are 10 eggs in the carton. Steve broke, fried, and ate the same two eggs. This is because: 1) cooking the egg while it is still in its shell would be considered boiling the egg, not frying it; after all, you would need to break the egg into a pan before frying it, and; 2) you cannot eat a raw egg while it is still in the shell because of the risk of foodborne illnesses.
Riddle: I walk on four legs when I am young, two when a adult and three when I am old. Who am I?
Answer: Humans! When we are babys , we crawl which makes it four legs, walk on two when we are a adult and lean on a stick when we are old and that makes three.
Riddle: A women was sitting in her hotel room, when, someone knocked on the door. She opened the door and saw a man He said, "Oh, i'm sorry. I thought this was my room." And left. When the man left, the woman quickly closed the door and phoned security. What made the woman so suspicious of the man?
Answer: You don't knock on your own hotel door!
Riddle: Terry had just returned to Chicago via. American Airlines at 12 midnight. He was extremely tired after having just completed a seven-day bridge tournament in California. After retrieving his single piece of luggage, he immediately hailed a taxi to take him to the nearest Red Roof Inn ------ Terry's favorite hotel. As he instructed the cabbie concerning his desired destination, he could plainly see the Spanish-speaking driver had no idea what was being said to him. Luckily, Terry remembered some of his high school Spanish, so he simply told the driver, "Tejado Rojo," which means "Red Roof" in Spanish. The cabbie immediately nodded to show his understanding, and he began driving to the requested destination. Upon arrival, Terry, who was barely awake by this time, paid the driver and entered the front door of the establishment. When he asked the receptionist for a room, the response he received was, "Are you on drugs? There is no place to sleep here!" Where do you suppose the cab driver had taken Terry?
Answer: The closest Pizza Hut. Almost, if not all of them have red roofs.
Riddle: The more you take the more you leave behind. What am I?
Answer: Footprints.
Riddle: Why did the boy bring a ladder to school?
Answer: Because it was a high school!
Riddle: There was a man with a horse. They went to a village on Friday. He stayed there and returned to his home on Wednesday. How is that possible?
Answer: He went to the village on Friday which is the name of his horse. He went there on Friday but the day he came there was actually Monday.
Riddle: A is the father of B. But B is not the son of A. How is that possible?
Answer: B is the daughter of A.
