Riddle: A biological father and son are driving along the motorway, when they have a serious accident.
The father dies INSTANTLY and the son is CRITICAL...
The ambulance take him to the hospital and call the surgeon for an urgent operation on the son.
As the surgeon enters the operation theatre the surgeon is horrified and says "THAT'S MY SON!!!"
How is that possible?
