The Man With A Strange Habit

Riddle: There is a man who lives in a 10 story buidling. He lives in the 10th floor. When it is normal days, he goes up to the 8th floor and jogs all the way to the 10th floor. But, if he is with someone or it is raining, he goes to the 10th floor immediately. Why is that?
Answer: The man is a midget and he can only reach the 8th button. If he is with someone he askes them to press the button for them and if it is raining, he uses his umbrella.
