Counting To 3

Riddle: I can only count to three. 1,2,3. Thats all the numbers I know. But some how I know up to 12 numbers. How is this possible?
Answer: I can count to 3 in diffrent langueges.

Spanish
and French.
Because its up to 3 it would be times four to 3 because I know 4 languges with 3 numbers each.
3 times 4 makes 12.
