The Brother

Riddle: A rich old man named Fred has a brother, Stan, he hasn't seen since they were 10. He only has one picture of himself and Stan and they are is ten in the picture. One day he dies and his will tells you to give everything his fortune to Stan. You take the picture to San Francisco to find Stan and thousands of men try to to claim the fortune. If you don't have a recent picture of Stan, how do you know that you're giving the fortune to the right person?
Answer: Since in the picture you have Fred AND Stan are ten (it says "THEY are ten in the picture") it stands to reason that they are twins.
