Dead Woman

Riddle: There was a woman and a man racing down a highway, they ran out of gas. So the man told the woman to lock the doors and close the windows while he went to find help. The woman did as she was told and when the man came back the woman was dead and there was a stranger in the car. There wasn't a break in and the car was fine. Who was the stranger and how did the stranger get in?
Answer: The man and woman were racing to the hospitle because the woman went into labor. and while the man was gone getting gas the woman gave birth to her baby and died.
