Answer: He is the smallest midget in the world and he is blind, he has a cane. He works at the circus in the freak show, and another midgit is jealous of him so he saws off peices of his cane to make him feel taller. The smallest midgit in the world shoots himself in the head because he no longer is the smallest in the world.
