Riddle: A person dressed in black from head to toe is walking along a street. All of the street lamps are turned off. A black car is speeding behind the person, and its headlights are turned off. But somehow, the driver is able to stop the car without hitting the person. How?
Answer: It was daytime; I didn't say it was nighttime after all!
Riddle: An orange fell from a tree at the top of a hill and rolled for a very long time all of a sudden it stopped while still part way down the hill. Why did it stop?
Answer: It ran out of juice.
Riddle: Brad stared through the dirty soot-smeared window on the 22nd floor of the office tower. Overcome with depression he slid the window open and jumped through it. It was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground. Miraculously after he landed he was completely unhurt. Since there was nothing to cushion his fall or slow his descent, how could he have survived the fall?
Answer: Brad was so sick and tired of window washing, he opened the window and jumped inside.
