Answer: "Wind" - Reasoning: "Eye" sounds like "i", and the fact that the answer "cannot see" hints that this is the case. Wind, especially high wind, can feel biting, and in literature, the wind is often said to bring a "biting cold", or similar. The voice of the wind is depicted as being quiet or loud, depending on how strong the wind is. Loud winds are often associated with keeping people up during the night.

Later on in the same day, all the other sister were kidnapped by a kidnapper but, most people said they still saw someone who looked just like these three sisters to this day. How is this possible?
Answer: According to the riddle, one of the three sister ran off into a wood where she was never seen again, but she never get killed but instead she went into a city and since she and her sister look so much alike, people still see her to this day. Unfortunately for the other two sister they got killed by the kidnapper.
